Welcome to Venue817!

Our mission is to provide exceptional "SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY." We are excited to host your next event in our spacious 5,000 sq. ft. venue, which accommodates up to 505 guests. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Downtown Columbia in St. Andrews, we offer easy access to both I-20 and I-26, with Riverbank Zoo and Columbiana Mall just a short drive away!

Venue817 Rates

**Full Day:** Our full day rates are designed to provide you with comprehensive service and flexibility, covering a total of 12 hours to meet all your needs and ensure a productive experience.

**Half Day:** For those who require less time, our half day rates are tailored to accommodate your requirements, based on a total of 6 hours, offering an efficient alternative without compromising on quality.

**Full Day Rates**

- Saturday: $3,000
- Friday or Sunday: $2,500
- Monday to Thursday: $1,500

**Half Day Rates**
(*Rates are based on a total of 6 hours*)

- AM Slot: 8 AM - 2 PM
- PM Slot: 6 PM - 12 AM

- Friday & Sunday: $1,500
- Saturday: $2,500
- Monday to Thursday: $1,000

**Additional Fees**
- Bar Fee: Optional
- Cleanup Fee: $250
- Additional Hours: $200 per hour (not to exceed 2 AM)

- **AV Packet:** Priced at $150, this audio-visual package includes everything you need to ensure your presentations and performances are top-notch.

- **Stage:** For just $250, you can rent a professional-grade stage, creating an elevated platform that will captivate your audience and add a dynamic element to your event.

- **360 Photo Booth & Photo Booth:** Capture unforgettable memories with our comprehensive photo booth options. The combined rental rate is $500, but if you prefer the individual package, it’s available for $350.

- **PA System:** Ensure your voice carries clear and loud with our PA system rental, available for $350. This package is perfect for speeches, announcements, and live performances.

- **Additional Chairs:** Need more seating? We offer additional chairs starting at just $5 each, making it easy to accommodate all your guests comfortably.

- **Additional Tables:** Provide your guests with ample surface space by renting additional tables at a rate of $15 each.
